SUBMISSION FORM OPEN MARCH 1st - 28th

(Please thoroughly read all guidelines listed on the submission form before submitting.)

Competition Guidelines

  • Minimum team size is 2, maximum team size is 22.

  • Any team member under 18 must submit written parental consent in order to participate in the competition.

  • If planning to use props or perform any stunts, please note on the application form. Heels are not permitted.

  • Please ensure that performance content is generally family-friendly (no overt profanity or sexual content.)

  • Teams must submit a dance cover to a full length K-pop song at the semi-finals. No medleys or mixes allowed.

  • Songs for submissions must be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 4 minutes.

  • If you want to do a song but it is not in Korean although it is promoted in the K-pop market, please email us for approval.

  • Teams must submit their form under 1 of 8 regions. All members do not need to live in this region, but the team must be relative to this region. 

  • Groups are allowed to submit their own choreography for intros/outros/dance breaks.

  • All members intending to participate must submit a submission fee and be listed in the google form.

  • Only one submission per group. Any sub-units are allowed but may not be under the same group name. 



Video Submission Guidelines

  • There is a submission fee of $30 per dancer per team. Payments can be made here.

  • Submission video must be between 2:00-4:00 minutes.

  • The camera must be stable and remain at a fixed point in landscape orientation for the entire duration of submission video. Landscape orientation is a 16:9 aspect ratio.

  • Dancers must be fully shown, head-to-toe, at all times throughout the video if they are considered to be β€œon stage.”

  • No edits or cuts are allowed in submission videos. Videos must be recorded in one continuous take.

  • Video must be clear (well lit and without visual obstructions or sfx.)

  • All dancers intending to participate must complete payment. However, they do not need to be in every submission video.

  • The deadline to apply is MARCH 28th, 2026.



Info For Korea

  • ArtLab J will support only the official programs and activities included in the tour schedule. All other travel-related expenses are the responsibility of participants.

  • The Korea tour is planned as a 4-night, 5-day experience. Official dates will be announced soon.

  • All contestants must submit an agreement form to attend Korea within 10 days of the announcement of their placement. If they state they are unable to attend, a waitlist of contestants not in the top 20 will be made to take their spots.

  • Groups can change the number of performers advancing to Korea. However, every member needs to be on the submission form and have submitted a $30 fee.
