Private Lessons Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup lesson.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for makeup lessons or refunds.
Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson and are subject to instructor availability.
Each student may receive up to two (2) makeup lessons per season (September–May).
Makeup lessons may only be rescheduled once.
If an instructor cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson will always be provided.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of the student's reserved lesson time.
While we will make every effort to accommodate makeup lessons, availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on the instructor's schedule.
Ensemble Classes Policy
Due to the collaborative nature of ensemble rehearsals and group scheduling, missed ensemble classes are not eligible for makeup lessons, refunds, or credits.
Because each rehearsal builds upon previous rehearsals, students are expected to attend consistently to ensure both their own progress and the success of the ensemble.
Consistent attendance is essential not only for each student's individual growth, but also for the success of the entire ensemble.
Repeated absences may affect:
Performance participation
Part assignments
Leadership roles
Placement within the ensemble
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful, organized, and consistent learning environment for all students.
