Class Descriptions
Beginner Adult Contemporary
Designed for the beginner adult dance student, Beginner Adult Contemporary covers the basics of contemporary dance. Students will strengthen their bodies through a dance-based warm up and develop their abilities through center and across-the-floor combinations. Each week, different fundamentals of contemporary dance will be covered to help the student discover new methods of movement.
Beginner Adult Ballet
Designed for the beginner adult dance student, Beginner Adult Ballet introduces students to the fundamental principles of ballet. Through a beginner ballet barre, center, and across-the-floor work, students will become acclimated to the basics of ballet. With consistent attendance, dancers will begin to notice increased flexibility, improved posture, and heightened mind-body awareness.
